AIO Marketing Solutions
Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-10
Effective date: October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information AIO Marketing Solutions collects through our call-funnel pages — the application page, the booking confirmation page and the results page that link to this policy — and through the emails and text messages we send about a call you book with us. It explains what we do with that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who we are
AIO Marketing Solutions LLC is a marketing agency based in Mesa, Arizona. We are responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at team@aiomarketingsolutions.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in our application, you give us:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- answers about your business — your trade, how long you have been in business, your monthly revenue range, your average job size, whether you run ads today, your monthly marketing budget range, and, if you choose to, a description of your biggest challenge;
- the time you choose for a call, if you book one;
- a record of your agreement to our Terms of Service, which you give by submitting the application and which includes agreeing to receive text messages from us: the wording you were shown and a version of that exact wording, the date and time, the page you were on, and your IP address. If you later ask for text reminders by replying to an email, we keep the same kind of record for that, and the email itself;
- anything else you tell us on a call, by email or by text.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our pages, we and the tools we use collect:
- the advertising details in the link you arrived from, such as the campaign, ad set and ad names (UTM parameters) and Meta's click identifier;
- Meta's browser identifiers, stored in cookies on your device (see "Meta Pixel and Conversions API" below);
- how you use the pages — which pages you viewed, whether and how far you watched a video or read through a slide presentation, how quickly the page loaded, and your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). Our own page analytics record this against a random visitor ID stored in your browser and do not store your IP address or full browser details. Unless you book a call, they are not linked to your name;
- if you book a call, whether and how far you watched the pre-call video on the booking confirmation page before your call — including when you open that page from a link in one of our reminder emails or texts. This is linked to your booking, and is noted as a tag on your record in our customer-relationship platform (for example, that you have watched at least half of it);
- technical information your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider logs to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- read and respond to your application, and decide whether we are a good fit to work together;
- schedule your call, confirm it, and remind you about it by email and — only if you agreed — by text;
- prepare for and hold the call, and follow up with you about your application;
- remind you to watch the pre-call video before your call, and measure whether the video helps calls go ahead — for example, how often people who watched it attend their call compared with people who did not;
- measure which ads and pages work, and improve them;
- keep our pages and systems secure and prevent spam and abuse;
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Our pages use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta when someone views our pages, views the video page, and books a call, so we can measure our ads and so Meta can show them to people likely to be interested. When the Pixel loads, your browser also sends Meta your IP address and information about your browser and device, as it does on any site that uses the Pixel.
Our server also sends Meta a record of your booking through Meta's Conversions API — at the moment you book, or, on some of our pages, later, when our team confirms your call. That record includes:
- your email address, phone number and name, and your country, in hashed form — converted by a one-way function (SHA-256) before they leave our systems, so the plain details are not sent;
- a hashed customer ID: the ID of your record in our customer-relationship platform, hashed the same way;
- Meta's browser identifiers, your browser type, the page address and the time of the booking;
- when the record is sent while you are on our page, your IP address, which is not hashed. We pass it to Meta with that one record and do not store it for this purpose.
Meta uses this to match the booking to its users and to measure and improve ad delivery. Meta's use of this information is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
You can limit this by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser, or by using a browser setting or extension that blocks tracking.
Who we share it with
We share information only as described in this policy:
- Our customer-relationship platform, GoHighLevel, which stores your contact details, your application answers and your booking — including, if you book a call, the tag noting whether you have watched the pre-call video — and sends our emails and text messages on our behalf.
- Meta, as described above.
- Companies that host and run our systems — our website hosting, our databases and the service that stores our internal business records — which process information only to provide those services to us.
- Authorities or others, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganised.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. Your phone number does go to one other company, in hashed form only: Meta, as part of the booking record described under "Meta Pixel and Conversions API" above, to measure our own ads and improve their delivery.
Text messages
Agreeing to our terms includes agreeing to texts. When you submit an application, the line under the button tells you that by continuing you agree to our Terms of Service and to this policy, and those terms include your agreement that AIO Marketing Solutions may text you about the call you booked — booking confirmations and call reminders — at the mobile number on your application, starting with one message confirming that you are signed up. You can also ask for texts by replying to one of our emails.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and declining them costs you nothing else: reply STOP to the first message, or email us, and we will stop — your call stays booked and we will still email you about it. Our Terms of Service describe the text program in full.
We email you about your application and your call — confirmations, reminders and short pre-call emails. If we send you marketing email, it will include a way to unsubscribe and our postal address. You can also ask us to stop at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or by emailing team@aiomarketingsolutions.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details, application answers and booking in our customer-relationship platform for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a genuine business need for them — for example, to follow up on your application or to keep a record of our conversations.
We also keep a copy of each application — your name, phone number, email address, answers and consent record — in our internal operations records, so that no application is lost if our other systems fail. Those records are access-restricted and keep a version history, which means an entry stays in that history after it has been removed from the current record until we remove it from the history too; we do that when we delete your information.
The hashed booking record we keep for Meta measurement is deleted automatically about 30 days after your booked call. Page analytics are pseudonymous and are kept only as long as they are useful for comparing how our pages perform.
If you book a call, the link between your booking and how far you watched the pre-call video is removed shortly after the outcome of your call — whether it went ahead — is recorded, and no later than about 30 days after the call. After that only anonymous totals are kept: counts such as how many people who watched at least half of the video attended their call, with nothing that identifies you. The tag on your record in our customer-relationship platform is part of that record, and is kept no longer than the rest of it.
When we no longer need your information, or when you ask us to delete it, we delete it from our customer-relationship platform, remove it from our internal records — including their version history — and delete any hashed booking record and any remaining link between your booking and your viewing of the pre-call video, together with the page analytics that link lets us find, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing team@aiomarketingsolutions.com. We will need to confirm the request comes from you, and we will complete a deletion within 45 days of confirming it, from every place described under "How long we keep it". We may keep information we are required to keep by law or need in order to resolve a dispute. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link, reply "unsubscribe", or email us.
Children
Our pages are for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including limiting who can access it. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and if a change is significant we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
