Terms of Service

Effective date: October 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use AIO Marketing Solutions' call-funnel pages — the application page, the booking confirmation page and the results page that link to these terms — and when you receive our emails and text messages about a call you book. By using the pages or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Who we are

"AIO", "we" and "us" mean AIO Marketing Solutions LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Mesa, Arizona. You can contact us at team@aiomarketingsolutions.com.

Who may use these pages

These pages are for owners and managers of businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use them.

Applying and booking a call

Submitting an application does not create an agreement for us to provide services, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. We read every application and may decline to book a call, or cancel or move a booked call, at our discretion. A call is a conversation to find out whether we are a good fit; it is not a service in itself.

Please give us accurate information. We rely on your answers to decide whether a call is worth both of our time.

If we do work together, that work is governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both of us. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Our guarantee and our results

Our guarantee — "We guarantee a positive return on your investment, or we refund our fees." If the advertising we run for you does not produce a positive return on what you invest with us, we refund our service fees.

It applies only to clients who have signed a service agreement with us, and only on the terms set out in that agreement. Those terms include what you have to do for the guarantee to apply, and we go through them with you before you sign.

It takes at least 90 days. Advertising needs that long to produce a fair read — a campaign is still being tested and tuned in its first weeks — so the guarantee is assessed over a minimum of 90 days of working together. If you stop before then, there is no result to measure and the guarantee does not apply.

And the follow-up has to be done. Throughout that time, every lead has to be called five times over seven days, new leads have to be answered within 30 minutes on average, and leads and outcomes have to be tracked properly in the customer-relationship platform we build for you. If that follow-up is not done, the guarantee does not apply — the leads we generate cannot turn into booked jobs on their own.

Nothing on these pages creates a guarantee on its own; the signed service agreement is the whole of it.

How quickly we launch. Our pages describe how fast we get a campaign live. In practice ads typically go live within 7 to 14 days of us having what we need from you — your account access, your offer confirmed, and the filming done. A faster launch depends on how quickly those arrive, so the range is a typical timescale and not a fixed date.

Results, figures and testimonials shown on our pages are real outcomes from real clients and are not typical or guaranteed. Every business, market and offer is different, and your results will depend on many things outside our control.

These pages are not part of Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and are not endorsed by Meta in any way.

Text messages

Agreeing to these terms includes agreeing to receive text messages from us about your call. The line under the button on our application says that by continuing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, and this is the part of them that concerns texts: when you submit an application, you agree that AIO Marketing Solutions may send you text messages about the call you booked — booking confirmations and call reminders — at the mobile number on your application, starting with one message confirming that you are signed up.

There are two ways you come to agree to texts from us, and that is the first of them. The other is asking us to text you in a reply to one of our emails. They work the same way, and the same conditions below apply to both.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at team@aiomarketingsolutions.com.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and you can decline them and keep everything else: reply STOP to the first message, or tell us at team@aiomarketingsolutions.com, and we will stop texting you. Your call stays booked and we will still email you about it.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep a record of this agreement for each application: the wording shown to you, a version of that exact wording, the date and time, the page you were on and your IP address.

If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from it first or let us know, so we do not text the next owner of that number. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number, this record and how long we keep it.

Email

When you apply, we will email you about your application and your call. Any marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to team@aiomarketingsolutions.com.

Using the pages properly

You agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information, or apply on someone else's behalf without their permission;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit applications, book calls or collect content from the pages;
• interfere with the pages, attempt to get around their security, or overload them;
• use the pages for anything unlawful.

Our content

The pages, videos, copy, images and other content are owned by AIO or its licensors. You may view them for your own purposes in considering our services. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

Third-party services

Booking, messaging and measurement on these pages rely on third-party services such as GoHighLevel and Meta. Their own terms and policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The pages and their content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the pages, including that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the pages is general and is not financial, legal or business advice for your particular situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of these pages, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of these pages is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit anything in a signed service agreement, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. The version in effect when you use the pages is the one that applies.
